Reporter Larry Rulison of the Times Union covers our neighborhood's opposition to North Street Acres. Mr. Rulison writes "Residents here say the proposal, which will need town Planning Board approval, will result in hundreds of additional cars traveling up and down the street every day while increasing traffic along Hudson Avenue, the road that runs parallel to the Albany County Rail Trail and brings traffic out to Delaware and Kenwood avenues, the two main thoroughfares that transect Delmar."
