The Proposal

This development went before the Town of Bethlehem Planning Board for the first time on Tuesday, March 19th, at 6:00 pm. Residents flooded the meeting and presented over an hour of commentary in opposition to this proposal. They cited critical issues such as lack of infrastructure, traffic congestion, pedestrian endangerment at the intersections and rail trail crossing, habitat destruction, and demolishing the character of the neighborhood by ballooning the population of this quiet cul-de-sac.
